The organization of AReSS is completed with the guarantee bodies that oversee the agency's activities.

The Board of Statutory Auditors is the agency's supervisory body. It supervises the economic and financial activities of the agency and ensures that the directors comply with the law.
It consists of three members appointed by the Regional Council, upon the proposal of the Department of Health Policy. The members hold office for three years and can be reappointed are once.
The installation of the current College took place in December 2019.

Public administrations are required to evaluate their own performance. The entities responsible for doing so are the Independent Performance Evaluation Bodies (Oiv), which monitor the functioning of the evaluation process and ensure the integrity and transparency of internal controls.
The Oiv of Aress has a collegial form and is composed of three members. Members are appointed by the director general and serve for three years. The appointment is renewable once.
The installation of the current Body took place in 2022.

The OIV has at its disposal a Permanent Technical Structure (Stp) that supports it in performance measurement activities. The Stp refers to the Institutional Affairs, Integrity and Performance Service of the Administrative Management Area.

The Single Committee of Guarantee ensures gender equality and equal opportunity in the agency, ensuring well-being in the work environment.
The Cug has an equal composition: four members are appointed by the agency, the other four represent the most represented unions at the company level. The chairman of the Cug is appointed by the agency.
The current committee was installed in 2022.
