Third sector, public notice for digital facilitation

In line with the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (PNRR), a public notice was published for the identification of Third Sector entities to be involved in the partnership for the implementation of the 'Network of Digital Facilitation Services' project, in order to initiate forms of co-planning and co-planning aimed at guaranteeing the performance of both the activities preparatory to the activation and those necessary for the concrete implementation of a number of digital facilitation points, from a minimum of 18 to a maximum of 30, located in the areas under the competence of the Apulian Local Health Authorities.

Activities

The selected ETSs, in each digital facilitation point activated as a "digital info" point, located at the entrance of each facility indicated by each ASL involved, will have to guarantee the performance of the following activities (listed below by way of example only and not exhaustively), in application of Article 4.2 of the Implementation Project "Network of Digital Facilitation Services":

• taking charge of users for whom it is necessary to create/activate SPID for access to digital services, guiding them both in the creation, if necessary, of a PEO and in the activation of SPID;
• support for the use of the 'Puglia Salute' portal, with the aim of empowering users to request digital services for the provision and/or consultation of health and social-health services;
• support for the use of reference APPs for operations related to the provision of healthcare services;
• taking charge of users for whom support is needed to use the CIE;

How to participate

Third Sector Entities interested in co-designing and in the subsequent and possible implementation
in partnership of the above activities must submit, under penalty of exclusion:

• document summarising past activities relating to the topics covered by the notice (drawn up in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445/2000 on unstamped paper)
• application for participation duly completed and signed by the legal representative, drafted pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445/2000, attached to this notice (Annex A);
• non-authenticated copy of the subscriber's valid identity document;
• project proposal in text with a maximum length of no more than 10 A4 pages, font size 11, from which the elements set out in the criteria grid in art. 13 and as per the template in Annex B can be clearly inferred.
