CURSuS

The AReSS Puglia, in collaboration with CURSuS, Regional University Coordination for Higher Education in Health and Social Care, has launched a management training program for the leadership of the SSR aimed at the figures of top and middle management (Chief Executive Officer, Health Manager, Administrative Manger and Health Executives in charge of the Direction of Complex Structure). 

For the first time in the national panorama, this program is developed through a synergy between the technical-scientific knowledge of national relevance expressed by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità - ISS and the regional academic knowledge of all the Universities present in the region - University of Bari "Aldo Moro," University of Foggia, University of Salento, Bari Polytechnic and LUM "Jean Monnet" of Casamassima (BA). 

The institutional partnership is aimed at promoting the development of the human capital of the SSR by fostering the analysis of its capabilities, skills and gaps with a view to continuous improvement.
