The Service, headed by a manager with a professional position with a technical profile, deals with:

• the Agency's digital transformation;
• data processing issues, including personal data, and those related to health and social information flows;
• document management and regulation-compliant storage of Agency's documents;
• the definition of the Agency's cybersecurity policies.

It is the link between the Agency and technology service providers (e.g. Innovapuglia).
It is the contact point, for all the above, between the Agency and citizens, enterprises and other public administrations.
