The Administrative Management Area supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the exercise of the agency's functions, coordinating the administrative and operational structures. In particular, it supervises the implementation of the economic, financial program and balances in a horizontal sense the organisational matrix with which AReSS was conceived. It also coordinates strategic projects that draw simultaneously on the knowledge of all four previous areas and taking care - through training - of updating knowledge.

The service studies and evaluates regional health and social policies, with the aim of enhancing their effectiveness. It also manages the agency's accounts.

The service coordinates the training activities of the region's health agencies, thus promoting the agency's policies. It manages and monitors the accreditation system of continuing medical education (CME).
