Gender Equality Plan (GEP)

The GEP envisages a set of actions, not isolated but integrated in a single strategic vision, to:

  • identify gender distortions and inequalities; ;
  • implement innovative strategies to correct distortions and inequalities;
  • define objectives and monitor their achievement through appropriate indicators.

A.Re.S.S. intends to orientate its action in the broader perspective of organisational wellbeing, supporting the implementation of initiatives that aim at the enhancement of all people, in compliance with the principle of equal opportunities. Its main goal is to promote an effective improvement in the wellbeing of its employees and in the functionality of the structure and to repress harassment phenomena of all kinds.
