THCS - First Call for Proposal Launches

As part of the Horizon program, for the THCS project, A.Re.S.S. is launching, together with 64 other European partners, the 1st call aimed at transitioning to better health and care systems, called "Healthcare of the future", with the aim to: 

• Provide the knowledge needed to build the health and care of the future to support the development of new and innovative solutions that address current and future challenges in health and care systems. 
• Support the implementation of innovative solutions on a broader scale through promoting the adoption and transferability of evidence-based and successful practices that have already proven effective in some contexts in addressing current health and care systems challenges.
• Accelerate the pace of change and to positively impact health and care systems more efficiently.

Funded research and innovation projects, should aim to address current knowledge gaps to support the implementation of innovative solutions to better organize the health and care systems of the future.
Particular emphasis is placed on: 

1. promotion of prevention, 
2. to personalized care,
3. the promotion of better integration and continuity of care, including remote care when desirable/possible.
