Patient safety is one of the determinants of the quality of care, emerging as a priority objective of the National Health Service. Patient safety is based on the continuous improvement of the quality of care provided, which must be addressed by placing the needs of citizens at the centre of the planning and management of health services, enhancing the role and responsibility of the professionals working in this field.

Investing in training and strengthening the skills of professionals are bulwarks to ensure effective and safe care.

The aim of this training project is to acquire knowledge and skills for the correct application of the implemented protocols, with regard to improving patient safety and enabling the transition from 'blame culture' to 'just culture'.
